Suburban Sports Group hires Director of Hockey Operations and Graphics Designer

New hockey operations position will continue to give Suburban Sports Group the competitive edge.

Suburban Sports Group of Farmington Hills, Michigan, has hired Joes Jones as Director of Hockey Operations and Craig Hearn as the new Graphics Designer.

Jones worked for Ford Motor Company for 17 years while serving as an instructor for Suburban Hockey Schools for the last five years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, where he played four years of football and hockey. Jones received his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1994.

Hearn, a 2003 graduate of Michigan State with a Bachelors of Fine Arts, has worked as a freelance graphic designer for the last year. A resident of Farmington Hills, Mich., Hearn served as the lead graphic designer for one of the country’s leading apartment management companies in Village Green Companies.

Suburban Sports Group has over 30 years of combined experience specializing in recreational ice arena consulting & management, programming, and sports & event marketing/communications.
